The products sold by Green Leaf Distribution have not been evaluated or approved by the U.S. Food and Drug Administration (FDA). 4. State-Level Shipping Restrictions

Green Leaf Distribution only ships THCA products to compliant states where such products are legal. We are unable to ship to states where THCA is restricted or illegal.

We currently DO NOT ship THCA products to the following states:

Alabama, Alaska, Arkansas, California, Colorado, Hawaii, Idaho, Kansas, Michigan, Montana, New Mexico, Louisiana, Oklahoma, Oregon, Puerto Rico, Rhode Island, Utah, Vermont and Washington.

If your state is listed above, your order will be canceled and refunded.

Note: It is your responsibility to ensure that THCA products are legal in your state before making a purchase. Green Leaf Distribution is not responsible for any legal issues arising from the purchase or use of our products.

5. Liability Disclaimer

6. No Delta-8 THC Products

Shipping times may vary depending on location and compliance checks. You agree to bear any additional costs incurred due to delayed or returned shipments.

10. Lost or Stolen Packages Disclaimer

Green Leaf Distribution is not responsible for lost, stolen, or misdelivered packages. Once an order is marked as “Delivered” by the shipping carrier, we are no longer liable for the package.

If your order is lost in transit or shows as delivered but cannot be located:

  • Please contact the carrier directly (e.g., USPS, UPS) to file a claim.

  • We recommend checking with neighbors, household members, or your local post office for more information.

While we will do our best to assist you, we are not liable for reimbursement or replacement of lost or stolen packages. You assume full responsibility for providing a correct and secure delivery address at the time of purchase.

11. No Returns or Exchanges on Hemp Products

For hygiene and safety reasons, we do not accept returns or exchanges on any hemp-derived products. All sales are final, and we are unable to process refunds for products once they are shipped. In the event of damaged or defective items, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order for assistance.

12. User-Generated Content

If you submit any content (e.g., reviews, comments, images) to Green Leaf Distribution, you grant us the right to use, modify, and distribute this content in our marketing materials and product listings.
