6. Shipping & Delivery
We currently ship within the United States, only to states where our products are legal. Delivery times are estimates and may vary. We are not responsible for shipping delays due to the carrier, regulatory inspections, or customs clearance.
Important: It is your responsibility to verify that your purchase complies with your local jurisdiction’s laws.
7. Risk of Loss & Title
All items purchased from Green Leaf Distribution are made pursuant to a shipment contract. This means that the risk of loss and title for such items passes to you upon our delivery of the product to the carrier.
8. Returns & Refunds
Due to the nature of our products, all sales are final unless the product is damaged, defective, or incorrect upon arrival. If there is an issue with your order, you must contact us within 3 business days of delivery at shaun@greenleafdistro.com or tim@greenleafdistro.com to initiate a return or refund.
We do not offer refunds or exchanges for products once they have been used or opened.
